The Los Angeles outpost of Thompson Hotels brings a touch of downtown Manhattan style to the glossy environs of Beverley Hills. The 107-bed hotel occupies a patch of prime real estate on Wilshire Boulevard, and boasts 360˚ views of LA. There is a selection of different spaces, suitable for anything from a breakfast meeting through to a launch event. ABH, the supremely sexy bar by the rooftop pool, serves cocktails, sushi and hot food, and can accommodate up to 100 guests if booked exclusively. There are also six private cabanas for smaller groups, a Cocktail Trellis for up to 30 and a Private Dining Trellis for groups up to 12. Downstairs, the second-floor Lounge has a full-service bar, seating areas, and a private dining room. The hotel’s fine-dining Japanese restaurant, BondSt, can also be hired for up to 80 seated.
