Garden Restaurant
A Channel Island institution, the Jersey Pottery has been in the same family since it was founded in 1946. A major tourist attraction on Jersey’s east coast, the Pottery also has a popular restaurant, housed in a large conservatory at the back of the complex, with access to the award-winning gardens. Up to 150 guests can sit down for alfresco-style eating, with menus created by chef director Tony Dorris (seafood is a particular favourite). For cocktail receptions, 250 can be accommodated, but if the adjoining garden room is used this rises to 300. A lot of attention has been paid to detail: there’s Villeroy & Boch crockery, Glazebrook & Co cutlery and Elegance glassware. Impressive floral arrangements can be supplied by Jersey Pottery Flowers. The in-house events team provides plenty of help, particularly to first-time event organisers, & is happy to cater for outside events too.
