Situated within an hour of the City of London and just 30 minutes from Gatwick, Chiddingstone offers exclusive use of a picture-perfect castle in 35 acres of gardens. Weddings are a speciality here, with the Great Hall, White Rose Drawing Room and the award-winning Orangery making delightful backdrops to ceremonies and receptions. The Great Hall features leaded-light windows and oak panelling (rumoured to be from Anne Boleyn’s bedhead), while the White Rose Drawing Room hosts a rare collection of Stuart and Jacobite paintings and has glorious views across the estate. All of the rooms can also be used for meetings and there are interesting breakout activities on offer. Bespoke catering is available to suit anything from conferences to receptions, group incentives and product launches. Marquees can be erected on the North or South Lawns, making good use of the castle backdrop.
