Built in the style of a traditional Maltese country lodge, Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz sits within 30,000sq m of landscaped pools & gardens on the tranquil island of Gozo. Arriving by seaplane or speedboat, guests can be greeted aboard a private yacht for a welcome-drinks reception. The 122 bedrooms & suites are complemented by meeting rooms benefiting from natural daylight & private alfresco terraces. Grandest of these is Il-Kappella, built to resemble a medieval banqueting hall & seating up to 100. I-Dwejra is ideally suited to private dining & can be opened up to smaller meeting rooms L-Ghorfa & L-Gharix to form one large area. The hotel’s garden & poolside, with the Gazebo restaurant, can also be used for drinks receptions & banquets. Leisure facilities include three outdoor pools, tennis courts & squash courts; a large spa, with a total of 31 treatment rooms, also has a dedicated Ayurvedic Centre.
