Situated on top of the North Downs just half an hour outside London, Epsom Downs Racecourse is a striking modern venue with excellent facilities for corporate events. The Queen’s Stand is a purpose-built conference centre with suites for up to 400 guests and private boxes for more intimate events. All rooms have sweeping views of the rolling countryside and the London skyline. The latest addition to the venue is the Duchess’s Stand, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The three-floor grandstand comprises 1,123sq m of ground-floor space with vehicle access for exhibitions and car launches. Smaller function spaces run across the two floors above. The racecourse is hosting 12 fixtures in 2012, including the famous Investec Derby Festival in June, and offers hospitality packages throughout. A 120-bedroom Holiday Inn Express, 18-hole golf course and unlimited free parking complete the offering.
