Set on its own 600-acre peninsula with stunning panoramic views, Lough Erne Resort is located minutes from Enniskillen. The five-star resort has 120 luxury rooms, including 25 Loughside Lodges & suites. In addition to an excellent fine dining restaurant & the Loughside Bar & Grill – where prime Irish beef straight from the grill is a speciality – guests can tuck into a selection of 101 Irish whiskies at the Blaney Bar, or seafood at the recently launched Halfway House & Seafood Experience, which boasts stunning panoramas. A collection of well-appointed function suites seats up to 400 & all have lough views. Two golf courses include the first Nick Faldo-designed course in Ireland. There’s also an authentic Thai spa, but it’d be a shame not to capitalise on the countryside setting with outdoor activities. It’s 90 minutes to Belfast & Dublin airports, while Enniskillen’s airport is five minutes away.
