Warren Weir is set amid the Capability Brown-designed parkland of the Grade I-listed hotel Luton Hoo (see separate review for details of this property). Named after the weir that tumbles through its grounds, Warren Weir is a purpose-built meeting venue, comprising five function rooms, a hospitality lounge, 84 bedrooms and leisure facilities that comprise a pool and gym. The function rooms are housed separately block to the accommodation and are able to hold 388 theatre-style delegates or 280 seated dinner guests. Meetings benefit from the tranquil location, with all areas enjoying natural light and the sound of the river Lea flowing past. Luton Hoo lays on its own fleet of London cabs to ferry delegates between Warren Weir and the mansion house, a good five minutes’ drive apart. Just 30 minutes by train from London, Warren Weir is an ideal exclusive-use away day or residential destination.
