Set across two islands, surrounded by a lake and some 500 acres of picturesque parkland, Leeds Castle offers a historic setting for conferences, activity days and banqueting, with bedrooms for residential events. The castle itself can hold 80 meeting delegates, 100 diners and up to 39 overnight guests (in 20 luxury bedrooms), while a further four venue options are spread across the estate. The Maiden’s Tower, also on the castle island, is a 120-capacity self-contained event venue with five en-suite bedrooms, Fairfax Hall holds up to 180 guests for evening receptions in an immaculately restored Kentish timber-framed barn, while the Gatehouse and recently opened Garden House offer more intimate meeting rooms. Remaining bedrooms are in the Stable Courtyard Bed & Breakfast. While in a countryside setting, Leeds Castle is just seven miles from Maidstone at J8 of the M20, midway between London and the Kent ports.
