Located in a historic building with views over the Plaza Lawns towards the Parade Ring & south side of the Grandstand, The Ascot Pavilion makes a grand & atmospheric setting for events. As the largest of the famous racecourse’s stand-alone function spaces (smaller only than the main grandstand’s 3,000-capacity galleria) it can seat a staggering 1,100 dinner guests or host receptions for anything up to 1,500. With its own entrance on the high street, Wi-Fi & air-conditioning throughout, it is a well-appointed & versatile space that can adapt just as readily to a large-scale conference as a dinner dance, award ceremony or reception. Ascot is situated in beautiful Berkshire countryside, but is only 50 minutes away from London & close to the M25, M3, M4 & M40, with ample parking facilities. International visitors can make the short hop from nearby Heathrow – there’s a helipad on site.
