The West Wing at Ickworth House Information:

Ickworth House is a National Trust property situated in the village of Horringer, near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. This 18th Century Georgian house stands in 1,800 acres of gardens & grounds, was home to the Hervey family until 1996, & houses a vast collection of paintings, including works by Titian, Velázquez & Gainsborough. The West Wing of the house, completed in 1841, has now been developed to provide conference & banqueting facilities in which Sodexo Prestige works in partnership with The National Trust. A majestic first floor Gallery can seat up to 220 guests for dinner, while pre-dinner drinks can be taken in The Orangery & gardens. Large areas for marquees are available & menus range from finger buffets to dinners & banquets, while a hotel in the East Wing houses 27 double rooms & 11 apartments.
