Hotel Terravina is a relaxed and contemporary boutique hotel in the country. It is owned and managed by the co-founder of the Hotel du Vin group, Gerard Basset - who also holds a Wine MBA - so unsurprisingly, wine plays a central role in the hotel. In addition to the display cellar within the restaurant, complete with open kitchen and covered verandah for al fresco dining, there is a vaulted, basement cellar and a noteworthy wine list. The Rutherford Bench meeting room has its own terrace for al fresco relaxation and plenty of natural light. It can be used for private dining or as a meeting room, complete with WiFi, air conditioning and conference-call facilities. There are also eleven bedrooms, seven of which feature a patio, garden or roof terrace.
