A purpose-built conference & events centre stands proudly within the hotel grounds, ideal for conferences, training, exhibitions & large dinners. The Tennyson Suite is the largest event space which can cater for up to 300 guests, & has a fabulous pre-function & linked garden area. For relaxation a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room & gym are available to guests of the hotel. ‘Reflections’ Spa & a 27-hole golf course also add to the variety of leisure activities available. In early 2008 two new restaurants will open. The formal Eighteen57 will specialise in fresh seafood, while a contemporary & more relaxed restaurant will offer a varied mix of modern European fare. The newly opened Pines features spectacular views over the golf course & a traditional all-day menu of comforting British classics.
