The La Mare Wine Estate is set in the beautiful grounds of a 17th-century granite farmhouse in the Jersey countryside. The estate is a working vineyard & distillery company with a visitor centre, restaurant, state-of-the-art conference venue, chocolate factory & grounds that can accommodate large marquees. A £1.5m redevelopment brought about the addition of a modern winery & a Cognac-style distillery. The Winery is the largest of the function rooms & can seat up to 180 guests for dinner. It is equipped with top AV kit, projectors, broadband, PA system & video conferencing facilities. The new Vineyard Restaurant – a stylish space clad in oak & glass – seats 50 & overlooks the surrounding vineyards, while the intimate Elms farmhouse is perfect for a VIP event. La Mare also provides a range of corporate activities including wine blending, barrel building & chocolate making.
