Enjoy the pure luxury of a plush self-catering manor house where you can be left to your own devices or call in the caterers & house staff to pamper you & your friends to your hearts' content. The Breconshire Retreat was purchased by Sir David Evans Bevan in the early 20th century, when it was used as a shooting lodge to entertain friends & business associates. Having been completely renovated & redecorated over the last three years, the manor still showcases its 17th century farmhouse roots & a blend of Victorian & Georgian architecture. The house is set in 50 acres of beautifully wild gardens & private parkland. The grounds boast large lawns stretching down to the Triffrwd River, & to the left of the house is a large Edwardian stable block with its own courtyard. There is also a walled garden, Victorian vine house, shrubbery, rose border, croquet lawn, marquee lawn & parking. For relaxation, snuggle up by open fire in the Morning room, Drawing room or library.
