Opened in July 2007, The Royal Yacht in Jersey combines a top-notch spa & leisure complex with 110 rooms, quality restaurants & conferencing & banqueting facilities for both large & small groups. A clutch of smaller meeting rooms – such as the boardroom, Vista, which has harbour views & a balcony – complement the 550-capacity (stand-up) Celestial Hall, which can itself be divided up according to the size of the event. The luxury health spa features a fully equipped gym & indoor heated swimming pool. Though the hotel’s location may seem distant, the boom in budget air travel means that it is less than an hour’s flight from more than 30 UK regional airports, so it’s a great destination for business or pleasure. Based in sunny St Helier, the Royal Yacht is ten minutes from stunning sandy beaches, almost 200 waterfront cafés, shopping, cosy pubs & an increasing range of good restaurants, three of which are in the hotel itself.
