Dating back to 1865, The Chester Grosvenor & Spa is owned by & named after the family of the Duke of Westminster. Located in the heart of the historic city, the distinctive black & white timbered facade of this Grade II-listed building belies the modern elegance of the hotel's interior, which features 80 individually designed rooms & suites. A £3m refurbishment programme of the event spaces in 2007 saw the opening of the new Westminster Suite, a contemporary setting for functions now featuring the very latest technology. In 2008, the traditional Venetian & Eaton rooms are undergoing transformation into state-of-the-art executive boardroom. The property also has a luxury spa offering traditional & holistic treatments & two award-winning restaurants: the relaxed La Brasserie & Arkle, which has retained its Michelin star for the 17th consecutive year.
