This boutique hotel & restaurant is situated in the quintessentially English village of Cookham Dean, just 45 minutes from central London. As the second joint venture from Mark Fuller & the celebrated chef Garry Hollihead, the Inn is the sister property of the much talked-about Embassy in London’s Mayfair. Following the theme of its sibling, The Inn on the Green offers relaxed glamour with sumptuous interiors – think exposed wooden beams, rich red colour schemes & huge velvet sofas as well as nine individually designed bedrooms. Food is a definite highlight here & Hollihead’s menu majors in appealing combinations of well-sourced ingredients. Three interconnected function rooms lend themselves to a range of events, including weddings, & there’s a Mediterranean-style courtyard. The venue is surrounded by beautiful Thames Valley countryside & ideally located for the riverside towns of Marlow & Henley.
