It might look like a swish country house hotel, but Fawsley Hall’s appeal stretches well beyond the weekending market. With the same mix of Tudor, Victorian and Georgian architecture as the 58 individually-designed bedrooms, Fawsley’s event facilities are ideal for medium-sized and small events. The largest of the atmospheric spaces is the bright Victorian Salvin Longroom, while the intimate Capability Brown Suite, a great spot for a private dinner, is set in the more baronial Tudor wing. Guests can meet in the Old Laundry Bar and enjoy lunch and dinner in the fine-dining restaurant Equilibrium, or more informal Bess’s Brasserie. Adjoining Knightley Court is an attractive Grade I-listed restoration of the Georgian stable, with a bar, cinema, business centre and four function rooms, the largest extending to 3,500sq ft. The Grayshott Studio spa offers six treatment rooms, a swimming pool and a gym.
