Gravetye Manor, a stunning Elizabethan property built in 1598, is situated in stunning woodland gardens in the Sussex countryside. A proud member of Relais & Chateaux & easily accessible from London, the venue offers 18 bedrooms & a handful of atmospheric rooms that provide intimate settings for events. The Private Sitting Room, which can seat up to 12 delegates, & the oak-panelled Dining Room, which holds up to 45, are available for meetings & dinners. Given that Gravetye holds a Michelin star for its restaurant, menus are very reasonably priced & the wine cellar one of the finest in the UK with over 600 bins. The rambling gardens are also notable for being the first example of the English natural garden, created by the mansion’s original owner. Well-suited to exclusive-use events, the whole hotel is available for hire between Sunday & Friday from October to April.
