Cliveden House Hotel has acquired a £265,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom, which will be made available to guests through a new luxury chauffeur service. With an elegant interior of corn silk leather and blue velvet, it’s just the ticket for picking up important clients at nearby Heathrow Airport ahead of a meeting in one of the hotel’s plush function rooms.

Once home to infamous socialites The Astors, Cliveden has been a byword for fine dining & lavish entertainment for over three centuries & this tradition still flourishes today. Scattered throughout the stunning Italianate property are several grand function suites, the most striking of which is the decadent Louis XV-style French Dining Room, which Lord Astor brought here, piece-by-piece, from Chateau d’Asnieres outside Paris. This space overlooks another main asset: the magnificent formal grounds, which sprawl down towards a beautiful bend in the Thames & into 376 acres of parkland, able to accommodate a wide range of outdoor activities.
