Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa is a privately owned manor house hotel, just two hours from London. Its Boardroom seats 24 and benefits from natural daylight, with interconnecting Gallery Rooms and a 40-seat cinema. Smaller meetings can take place in The Sitting Room. Exclusive use is available and includes 23 individually decorated bedrooms and use of all of the public areas: the Drawing Room, Reception Hall and Sitting Room. There are two restaurants to choose from, overseen by Michelin two-starred chef Martin Burge. The style of food is French with a modern interpretation, which can be enjoyed either in formal restaurant The Dining Room or Le Mazot, the more relaxed chalet-style brasserie. The award-winning Spa Aquarias and 12 acres of gardens complete the experience. The hotel is a member of Relais & Châteaux and recognised as a ‘Grand Chef’ destination for its cuisine.
