Osborne House and Gardens Information:

A palace-by-the-sea is the most appropriate description of this exquisite previous royal residence & its extensive estate. Guests may sip cocktails on the garden terraces amid flowers & fountains against the backdrop of the house, & admire the breathtaking views of the magnificent rolling parkland & Solent Bay beyond. It is these views which appeared in the widely acclaimed film 'Mrs Brown', filmed on location in 1996. Large numbers of guests can dine in stylish marquees next to the terraces, while smaller numbers can be seated in one of the spectacular rooms inside the house. The private beach at the edge of the estate is available for informal but stylish parties & barbecues & provides excellent views of the Solent & sailing boats as they race by.
