Motor Circuit, Racecourse, Aerodrome, 12,000 acre estate
Goodwood House has been home to the Dukes of Richmond for over 300 years and sits at the heart of their stunning 12,000-acre estate in West Sussex. The house provides a dramatic setting for one of the most significant private art collections in the country. Paintings by Van Dyck, Canaletto and Stubbs make a spectacular backdrop for entertaining, under the watchful eye of a dedicated butler and event planner. Eight main rooms, each with its own individual style, are available on an exclusive-use basis. Choose from an intimate meal in the Card Room, a dinner party in the decadent Egyptian Dining Room, a banquet in the majestic Ballroom or a high-profile conference throughout the house. Up to 245 delegates can be accommodated in the house itself and larger numbers can spill into marquees attached to the Ballroom. Just at the end of the drive, The Goodwood Hotel has 91 bedrooms.
