Venue Review of 30 Euston Square

London is set to get a significant boost to its meeting space with the opening of 30 Euston Square, HQ of the Royal College of General Practitioners, in early 2012. With 60 meeting rooms for between two and 80 delegates, and a 300-seat auditorium boasting the latest 3D projection technology, there’ll be plenty of flexible space on offer. Up top will be the fifth-floor State Rooms – complete with full AV equipment and a rooftop terrace overlooking London. By the time the venue opens, over £22m will have been lavished on the Grade II-listed building. Its location, right by Euston Station, will be hard to beat, and Searcys is in charge so service should be on point.

Lunch or dinner from £115pp includes:
A glass of Champagne on arrival or alternative of wine, beer and soft drinks, a selection of olives, nuts and crisps, three-course festive menu with tea/coffee and half a bottle of house white or red wine.

Reception from £75pp includes:
A glass of Champagne on arrival, or alternative of wine, beer and soft drinks, three canapés, two items of bowl food, and half a bottle of house white or red wine or alternative of beer and soft drinks.
Both packages include venue hire fee, modern Christmas decorations and uplighters, Christmas crackers for seated dinners, security, cloakroom attendants, signage, sound system and account or cash bar facilities.

Sandwich lunch, £70 per delegate:

Hot buffet lunch, £75 per delegate:
Includes: Auditorium and Exhibition Room hire from 8am-5pm, tea/coffee, fruit and pastries on arrival, mid-morning tea/coffee break, three hot dishes with fresh salads and homemade cakes, afternoon tea/coffee and biscuit break, bottled water and juice all day, AV equipment and Wi-Fi access.
