Holder of the venerable title of Europe’s longest Champagne bar, this high-end St Pancras pitstop is a favourite of Eurostar passengers leaving from the adjoining platform. The contemporary bar and brasserie can be hired for drinks receptions and dinners under the famous blue steel work of the Grade I-listed interior. For more intimate meeting, dining, drinking or a mix of the three, check out the bar’s Besserat de Bellefon Champagne Tasting Lounge, suitable for small parties of up to 15 guests. Food is served on small plates, tapas-style, and even the cheese comes with a Champagne jelly. Competitive day delegate rates are available and the lounge can be hired by the hour too.
