Venue Review of Indigo

The smaller and more relaxed of the two restaurants at the five-star One Aldwych hotel, Indigo sits on a mezzanine overlooking the hotel’s Lobby Bar. The inviting main dining space can take groups of 20 on two tables of 10. Next to the restaurant are two private dining spaces, separated by a partition wall. Individually, they cater for up to 20 seated guests; together they fit 50. On the lower ground floor, a third less formal space holds 30 seated guests or 40 standing. Indigo serves a creative modern European menu with a focus on organic produce that is light, healthy and locally sourced. Brunch and pre- and post-theatre dining are particularly popular.
