The Odeon Group’s first luxury cinema, The Lounge, has teamed up with Cafe Anglais chef Rowley Leigh to provide ‘fine food and film’ to its guests, who will enjoy the likes of fillet steak and red mullet risotto with their screenings. The high-end cinema boasts five intimate rooms, each with fully-reclining leather seats and extendable leg rests. A range of exclusive features and services for guests includes a concierge desk offering a dedicated cinema booking and film selection service and a private bar for pre-cinema drinks and private functions. Presentations and private screenings are the obvious choices but a selection of mixed screenings for corporate groups will be another of the business-friendly offerings. The Lounge will sit alongside the Odeon Whiteley’s more traditional screening rooms.
