Self-proclaimed ‘Covent Garden’s best-kept secret’, Foundation wants to remain underground – but it does offer good options for groups. Graphic cityscapes adorn the walls of the Diner, which leads off to an industrial 300-capacity club space that can be booked independently for parties. The Forum Bar holds 200, while two smaller open-plan rooms offer capacities of 45 each. The menu, specialising in sharing platters and pizzas while also running a fine line in the humble fish-finger sandwich, works well for intimate events as well as larger parties. An extensive Champagne, sparkling wine and cocktail list completes the package. The venue is part of the Latenightlondon group.
