Venue Review of Hackney Empire

Over the past 110 years the Hackney Empire has welcomed stars from Charlie Chaplin to Madonna through its door. Today, it remains one of London’s most popular theatres and, recently refurbished, makes a great venue for corporate events. The prize space is the Edwardian auditorium, which holds up to 1,300 for product launches and presentations or a much smaller group for the memorable ‘Dinner on Stage’ experience. Also available is the new Empire 2, with a large studio and break-out rooms. If you don’t need all that space, consider the flexible Hospitality Suite or the Lanson Champagne bar. The Empire’s team can provide a full ticketing service, event management and catering.
