Tucked away in the City’s quiet Aldermanbury Square, the historic Brewer’s Hall is not licensed to hold civil ceremonies but it makes a beautiful setting for wedding receptions. An oak staircase leads from the marbled lobby to a circular reception area on the first floor, where three beautiful rooms interconnect. Greet your guests in the Reception Hall, before passing through the hand-carved doorways of the Court Room to the 90-capacity reception space. Dinner for up to 82 guests can then be held in the adjoining Livery Hall, which boasts soaring ceilings, glittering chandeliers & oak-panelled walls. Alternatively, opt for a standing reception for 125 guests, spreading across the whole floor. Chester Boyd is the preferred caterer & exclusive use costs £1,770+VAT at the weekend.
