For good value in a central location, the Strand Palace is a firm favourite. Ideally situated for both Theatreland and Charing Cross Station, the hotel has recently undergone a thorough refurbishment. There is now an entire floor dedicated to events space, with each of the 10 rooms fitted with built-in AV equipment and video conferencing facilities. The largest of the function rooms is the Exeter Suite, which can take up to 250 theatre style. Alternatively, it can be split into two soundproofed rooms, with a capacity of 80-100.
