Venue Review of Amber

Set just next to Moorgate tube, Amber is a spacious party bar with myriad options for corporate entertaining. Five very different spaces are available to hire, the largest being the 220-capacity Groovy Wonderland area, which has a flashing dance floor and mirror balls. Milk Bar – as the name suggests – is done out almost entirely in white, with sleek leather sofas providing seats for up to 80 guests. It meets its monochrome nemesis in the all-black Opal Bar, where candles, low lights and gilt-framed mirrors help create a sassy space that’s great for private dining. The best choice for daytime events is the more casual Amber Bar, which seats 70 for lunch or informal meetings.
