Without doubt the most impressive chef’s table in town, The Krug Room sits right at the heart of The Dorchester’s central kitchen. Inside, it’s all air-conditioned luxury, with red leather seats, mahogany wood panels & specially commissioned Krug bottle light fittings. But look through the glass wall, or in the strategically placed mirror, & you’re right in the heat of it, watching the hotel’s 100-strong brigade of chefs prepare immaculate plates for the staff to whisk upstairs via the kitchen’s own escalator. Groups of up to 12 can expect spectacular food to be introduced by executive chef Henry Brosi himself & there’s naturally an impressive range of vintage Krugs to wash it all down.
