This newly refurbished public brasserie, bar and lounge within the Grade II-listed venue 8 Northumberland is also available for exclusive event hire. Marbled columns, original chandeliers and eclectic art-deco furniture mix old-style glamour with a contemporary vibe. The venue can host up to 90 seated guests for lunch or dinner. Organisers can choose a selection of British tapas-style plates from the à la carte menu, as well as more traditional dishes – think game pie or whole baked seabass – or ask to create bespoke menus for individual events. Just next door is The Ballroom, described by National Heritage as the grandest such facility in existence.
