Venue Review of Grand Connaught Rooms
Over the years, the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden has hosted the world’s leading politicians, royalty & celebrities. Since being acquired by Principal Hayley Hotels & Conference Venues in 2009, the 29-roomed venue has undergone a significant refurbishment. Its Grand Hall is seriously impressive, with a magnificently restored art deco design & a 42-foot high ceiling, along with huge chandeliers that still leave 22ft of clear height for a production set. The Balmoral, Drawing Room & main reception area have enjoyed a substantial transformation, while the Crown, the Edinburgh & 11 smaller meeting rooms have also been refurbished to a very high standard.
