Unsurprisingly, Butchers' Hall is just a deftly aimed cleaver's throw from Smithfield Market. This is one of the most elegant of the City livery halls, located in a particularly lively part of town. Party guests are welcomed into the inviting reception area before they move upstairs for banqueting in the stunning Great Hall – a spectacular room characterised by sparkling chandeliers and stained-glass windows, with natural daylight for lunchtime dining. At evening events, guests move to the Court Suite for after-dinner dancing. Parties are catered for by exclusive caterer Chester Boyd. This year’s theme is ‘Holly & the Ivy’.
