Its kitchens, which let ingredients star in dishes like Cornish crab on toast & Romney Marsh lamb with flageolet beans & thyme sauce, also caters to the venue’s event spaces. The UnderGlobe is a dramatic, purpose-built space beneath the theatre able to hold up to 250 guests for dinner, while the Balcony Room, which boasts beautiful views across the Thames, seats 70. The in-house events team can put together great-value packages, with extras including chocolate fountains, event ‘paparazzi’ & vintage photo booths.
