Venue Review of Roof Terraces at RIBA

The Grade II-listed RIBA building just north of Oxford Circus has three spacious terraces with views across the West End rooftops. Available to hire for receptions, they also work well as breakout spaces for conferences held at the venue. Our favourite among the alfresco spaces is the terrace adjoining Florence Hall, which is available to hire in the evening and at weekends, when the RIBA Restaurant (which spills out onto this terrace in summer) is closed. If you need outside space for daytime events during the week, choose from the terraces on the fourth or sixth floors, where you’ll also find nice meeting rooms. The airy Wren Room on the sixth floor is particularly appealing.
