As the name suggests, the elegant features of this large restaurant in the world-famous department store invoke a bygone era. Background piano music and a traditional English menu set the tone at The Georgian, which is as much of an institution as Harrods itself. The restaurant can be hired exclusively – it’s a good space to hold a breakfast meeting before 10am or a dinner dance after 6pm – accommodating up to 350 seated guests. Special arrangements can be made to hold functions in the day, serving lunch or afternoon tea (with cakes from the celebrated patisserie) for up to 180. During restaurant hours, bookings can also be made for 50 guests.
