Quirky & eccentric Notting Hill outpost Beach Blanket Babylon launched a sister venue in Shoreditch in November 2007. BBB Shoreditch occupies an old imposing warehouse on the Bethnal Green Road & comprises four floors. Each floor is characterised by striking features & high ceilings. On the ground floor, there’s a 100-seater restaurant with open theatre kitchens & a very large central marble bar that’s great for drinks receptions. The downstairs cocktail lounge is equipped with an even larger marble bar that can accommodate up to 300 guests & also has a VIP area with banquet seating. Opening soon is a beautiful 150-capacity roof garden.
