Lincoln's Inn Information:
The oldest of the four Inns of Court (the ancient societies of lawyers), Lincoln’s Inn offers a setting steeped in centuries of tradition. With panelled walls, stained glass windows & impressive galleries, the hall’s heritage is preserved to the present day. Of the event spaces, the halls are the grandest & most opulent spaces. The Great Hall, built in 1845 & opened by Queen Victoria, is available in the evenings & at weekends, while the atmospheric Old Hall, which dates back to 1490, is also available during the day. A terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens makes a lovely setting for summer drinks. Lincoln’s Inn is closed annually in August.
