With its high-ceilinged period rooms and meticulous attention to detail, the 180-year-old City of London Club delivers a real sense of occasion for events. There is alfresco entertaining space on the roof terrace, which accommodates a maximum of 50 guests for summer drinks, barbecues or relaxing coffee breaks between meetings. The sunny setting features comfortable furniture and parasols among the potted plants and trellises, set against arresting views of some of the City’s loftiest skyscrapers. Parties for 100 guests can be accommodated when used in conjunction with the Garden Room, which has direct access onto the terrace via patio doors and is licensed for weddings.
