Electric Birdcage Information:

Opened in October 2007, the Electric Birdcage is a flamboyant bar, restaurant & event space with a bold interior. Conveniently positioned in Haymarket in the West End, the 300-capacity space is an unusual backdrop for parties & events with its fairground-inspired carousel bar, giant birdcages, black stallion sculptures, turquoise hand-shaped chairs & an abundance of fluorescent pink. A private area is also available for 200 standing guests or 75 seated. Food-wise, expect pan-Asian dim sum washed down with innovative cocktails & fine wines served by staff in sexy Pan Am-style uniforms. Events at the venue are exclusively booked through & run by Purple Panther Events.
