Summer Parties at Mary Ward House Information:

The Square Meal team joined the capital’s event organisers at the April preview of The Secret Garden summer party venue at Mary Ward House. The central courtyard, where a queue of guests formed for generous helpings of Mint’s hog roast & traditional British salads, was our pick of the event spaces, though we also liked the well-worn look of the bright, high-ceilinged rooms.

Summer Party Info: From June to August 2007, Impulse Events will be offering summer parties in the grounds of Mary Ward House situated just off Russell Square. Parties will be available for groups of up to 350 & guests enter via the venue just off Tavistock Place, where they will be served a classic Pimms Royale cocktail. Once they have collected their drink, guests will have the choice of whether to make their way into the secret garden where they can relax in a decadent tent, sit on traditional garden furniture or simple mingle & enjoy the weather. Alternatively, guests can make their way inside the house to the Library Room, which will be transformed into a chic lounge with leather banquette seating & a custom-built bar. Catering will be provided by the team at Mint Catering & guests can choose from a choice of canape, BBQ & spit roast menus. Drinks packages will also be available.
