Richard Corrigan’s rejuvenated Bentley’s, which majors in simple but immaculately executed seafood dishes, offers some fantastic private dining facilities. Its elegant 14-capacity Crustacea Room is adjacent to the first-floor restaurant, while the Jameson Room provides a smart, intimate event space on the lower ground floor. The latter is self-contained & can seat up to 60 diners or accommodate 100 standing guests. It also has its own private entrance, toilet facilities & a fully stocked bar (with a 3am licence) & its deep red & burgundy-clad interior mirrors the classic feel of the main restaurant. A plasma screen & DVD player are provided for presentations, while a DJ point serves more lively events.
