Affectionately known as 'The Gherkin', this iconic building is one of London’s most unique & prestigious landmarks. 40|30, the private Bar and Restaurant under the glass dome at the top of the building, is for the exclusive use of tenants and members during the day, but can be hired out in the evenings & on weekends for corporate events, product launches, wedding & celebrations. 2008 Christmas Party Info: On 8 December the Gherkin is opening its doors to a new Christmas concept. They're offering seven tables seating 10 people for £2,000, which includes Champagne & canapes on arrival, a five-course meal with matched wines & live music.
