This luxurious Chinese restaurant within The Dorchester provides a glamorous backdrop for events – as you would expect from a brainchild of David Tang, the founder of China Clubs in Hong Kong, Peking & Singapore. In addition to a stunning main dining room & swish bar, it has four flexible private rooms which can be used individually or as a single space. When used together, they can seat up to 100. China Tang’s abundance of Chinoiserie & its collection of traditional & contemporary art evoke 1930s art deco glamour. The restaurant offers excellent Cantonese food – including its signature dish, Peking Duck – & an excitingly diverse selection of wines & classic cocktails.
