Naval & Military Club Information:

The Naval & Military Club, generally referred to by its nickname ‘The In & Out’, is one of London’s oldest private members’ clubs. Occupying a Grade II-listed building in St James’s Square, it was founded in 1862 by a group of officers who wanted a home-from-home base in the centre of town. The venue’s wide range of spaces extends to a secluded courtyard that can hold up to 250 for a party, with or without a marquee. Inside, noteworthy rooms include the Astor Room, which features original 17th-century wood panelling & a private balcony, & the grand King Harald V Stateroom, which, with its classical decor, lends itself to banquets & receptions. Chester Boyd is the sole caterer.
