Museum of London Information:

The Museum of London is one of the world’s largest urban history museums & holds over two million objects in its collection. The lower galleries are currently undergoing redevelopment work which will see the spectacular new £20m Galleries of Modern London open in spring 2010. The new galleries will tell the story of London & its people from 1666 to the present day. The museum’s venue hire spaces have also undertaken a transformation, including meeting spaces, a state-of-the-art, 220-seat, purpose-built theatre with an interactive media centre. In addition, the galleries will include rooms available to host fine dining for 250, drinks receptions for 1,000 people & a tranquil city garden.
