Located in the dramatic Earth Hall at the Natural History Museum, the Flett Theatre is a well-equipped auditorium with tiered seating for 209 delegates. A private foyer area can be used for refreshment breaks or welcome drinks, while an adjacent boardroom seats 20 people. One of the great draws of holding a conference here is that delegates are welcome to explore the galleries and check out the exhibitions during their breaks. Activities such as ‘behind-the-scenes’ tours or talks from top scientists can also be arranged. Additionally, a daytime presentation in the theatre can be combined with an evening drinks reception or dinner in the Earth Hall.
